3 Days Murchison Falls Wildlife Safari
This is a 3 days Tour to one of the oldest and the largest conservation areas in Uganda, located in the northwestern part of Uganda, at the edge of Albertine rift valley along Albertine – Bunyoro escarpment. The park is by far every visitor’s preference, because of not only its immense beauty, but also the presence of four out of five Africa’s big mammals, over 350 unique bird species, and the world’s most powerful waterfalls; the Murchison waterfalls.
You will do track the rare white Rhinos in Ziwa Rhino sanctuary Enroute in Nakasongola district, Game drive in the Northern sector and Boat cruise to the bottom of thunderous Murchison falls. The trip offers unending smiles and great encounters from the start to the end of the adventure. Start and end the trip at Entebbe international airport.

Day 1: Transfer to Murchison falls National Park – Enroute Rhino tracking.
The tour begins with a briefing by the tour guide at the pickup point at Entebbe international airport or any other place you choose. The expert driver-guide will explain what will transpire in the trip, as well as more about Uganda. The journey lasts for roughly 5-6 hours, with great views of the captivating landscape, plantations and towns.
Enroute, you will have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for a one-hour Rhino tracking experience. The white Rhinos at this sanctuary are the only special surviving species in the country. After tracking them; you will proceed to Masindi Town for Late Lunch and thereafter head to your lodge in or outside the park for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Game drive and boat cruise.
Today you will wake up to a great day of new sights in the oldest national park In Uganda; Murchison Falls National Park. At sunrise, you will drive to the northern sector of the park, where for 3-4 hours, you will dedicate time to searching for the prey and predators roaming, notably; lions, leopards, Buffaloes, Several Antelope species, warthogs, giraffes, and zebras among others; birds such as the crested cranes, guinea fowls and egrets among others, and plants such as the whistling acacia. After the game drive, enjoy a bush breakfast in the wild.
Thereafter, return for refreshment at the lodge, followed by a delicious lunch meal. From 2-5 pm, have a boat cruise to the boat of the most powerful waterfall on earth. There you will capture the breathtaking view of the thundering water, as it squeezes on the 7-meter gauge to the Nile.
The three-hour boat cruise offers an amazing sights of hippos, crocodiles and several mammals quenching their thirst at the shoreline. The tour is folded with a hike to top of the falls, where you will traverse the devil’s cauldron, and watch the permanent rainbow and the other the twin waterfalls – Uhuru falls. The day ends with dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Departure.
Kick start this day with a yummy breakfast meal at the lodge and then check out of the lodge for a transfer to Entebbe international airport for your flight. Your lunch meal will be at either Kampala city or Entebbe as the time of your departure counts.
