3 Days Lake Mburo Wildlife Safari
Knowing so much about Mother Nature, flora and fauna is an ultimate experience to everyone thus the reason of having a three day vacation to Lake Mburo National Park. Lake Mburo National park is one of the smallest and nearest national parks to Kampala; the Capital city of Uganda, in the east of the continent of Africa.
The park is a habitat to a profusion of birds, plants and primates. There are varieties of Antelope species, including the sought after Elands, which is the largest antelope species on earth. On this safari, you will spend nights in comfortable accommodation facilities, travel in classic safari vehicles and engage in game drives, Boat cruise and nature walk among other amazing activities.

Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo National park – evening boat Cruise.
At day break, the safari to one of Uganda’s most gifted national park starts. You will meet our company representative who will brief and then hit the road to the Park; a 3-4 hour scenic drive past the captivating Lake Victoria waters in Entebbe, the buzzing Kampala City, and the flourishing plantations. You will also interest in the long horned Ankole cows, the green plantations and scattered homesteads.
Arrive at the Lodge for Lunch, before heading for a rewarding boat cruise at Lake Mburo. This 2-3 hour experience offers great sight of the hippos, crocodiles and severs aquatic birds. End the day at the lodge with dinner and overnight nap.
Day 2: Game drive and Cultural encounter at Igongo country hotel.
First thing today is a lip-smacking breakfast meal at the lodge, followed by a rewarding 3-4 hour game drive in the vast Park. As you admire the captivating landscape, birds, plants and mammals will come your way, notably the Impalas, water bucks, warthogs, zebras, Oribis, Jackson’s hartebeests, Uganda Kobs, elephants and buffaloes among others. The park is dominated by grazers, though on lucky days, you may spot a predator, notably leopard is reported to be present though rarely seen.
After the encounter; you will drive back to the lodge for Lunch and a Little rest, and then a drive to Igongo cultural center, where you will be entertained with local dances and treasures of the different cultures in the western part of Uganda. A tour around the culture museum is climaxed with great stories before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Guide nature walk and departure.
This day commences with a relaxed breakfast meal at the lodge, before a two hour guided nature walk around the designated trail routes, while watching the birds, taking photos, admiring the Ankole long horned cattle, and so much more.
There after return and checkout of the lodge for a transfer to Entebbe international airport for your flight to the next destination. Enjoying the rewarding a 4 hours’ drive with great views of the land scape, buzzing towns and Lake Victoria.
